The Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (WCO RTC, Regional Dog Training Center (Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine)) (hereinafter referred to as the Department) participated online in the 13th Meeting of the Regional Office for Capacity Building (ROCB) and Regional Training Centers (RTCs) for the World Customs Organization’s (WCO) Europe Region on June 11–12, 2025. The event was held in a hybrid format and organized by ROCB Europe with the support of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.

The event brought together representatives from the WCO, ROCB Europe, RTCs, and customs administrations of the European region to discuss key issues concerning the development of regional training infrastructure, modernization, and evaluation of RTC activities, as well as to strengthen cooperation among regional structures.

As part of the agenda, the Department presented a video showcasing the activities of the WCO RTC (Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine) and highlighted its operational results and achievements for 2024–2025.

The meeting served as a platform for dialogue on ways and prospects for improving the regional professional development system and strengthening institutional capacity within the WCO Europe Region.
