On May 10, 2023 Employees of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service took part in an online training event on organization of adaptation and mentorship with the assistance of the Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM). The training was conducted with the participation of international experts.

It was focused on the key aspects of adaptation and mentorship for HR officials of units.

During the training, various issues were considered, which included the conceptual basis of mentoring, the design of the formal mentoring process, the organization of the process and the provision of useful tips, as soon as tools for the successful implementation of mentoring. In addition, the participants of the training got acquainted with the best practices and approaches of other countries in the field of organization of adaptation and mentoring.

This training is another step in the direction of modernization and improvement of personnel policy of the State Customs Service.
