Director of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service
Halyna Potashnikova
Has a higher education, graduated from Kamyanets-Podilskyi State Pedagogical University named after Zatonsky, specialty – Pedagogy and Methodology of Secondary Education, History, qualifications – a Teacher of History and Law. Ms. Potashnikova has a degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences.
She worked as an assistant in the Department of Jurisprudence at the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” and carried out teaching in the direction of Legal Deontology, History.
From 2003 to 2004 she worked at the Center for Advanced Training and Personnel Retraining of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
From February 2003 to October 2009 – as a Chief Specialist and since 2009 Ms. Potashnikova was in leadership positions, namely Deputy Head of the Division of Special Disciplines, Head of the Division of Organizational and Legal Foundations of Customs Authorities, Head of the Division of Methodological Work and International Relations.
From April 2014 to May 2019 she held a position of a Deputy Head of the Directorate of Canine Services – Head of the Methodological Support and International Relations Department, Deputy Head of the Directorate of Canine Services of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services.
From 2019 to 2020 she held the position of a Deputy Director – Head of the Department of Specialized Training of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Fiscal Service.
From June 2020 Halyna Potashnikova was a Head of the Directorate for Distance Support and Non-Intrusive Control of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service.
Since December 21, 2020, Ms. Potashnikova has been Acting Director of the Department of Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service.
