On June 27, 2023 the Department of Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service organized and conducted personnel training on alerting, communication and response in the event of an emergency.

During the event, the following were worked out: the procedure during a fire, the ability to use primary fire extinguishing equipment, the availability and serviceability of warning devices, the possibility of the fastest possible exit of people from dangerous premises, the organization and coordination of the Department’s employees in conditions of fires and other dangerous events.

The training was conducted by members of the Emergency Situations Commission of the Department. The head of the Commission, Dmytro Oliinyk, drew attention to the sequence of actions in the event of a fire, reminded the algorithm of using primary fire extinguishing means, in particular fire extinguishers, and offered to proceed to practical classes. The members of the Commission created a conditional point of ignition, which was successfully eliminated by the employees of the Department.
