On February 28, 2023, the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM) held a seminar “Development of the risk management system with an emphasis on security risk indicators.”

The participants of the event were more than 100 representatives of the structural units of the State Customs Service and its territorial bodies, in particular the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service, who had the opportunity to receive clarification on practice of performing customs formalities, organization and implementation of measures to identify risks in postal shipments, as well as hear answers to questions from experts of the customs administrations of the European Union, in particular, taking into account the changes to the legislation of Ukraine on this issue, which entered into force on January 18, 2023.
