On April 16, 2025, representatives of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (over 140 officials), along with representatives from the customs administrations of the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Moldova, participated in a webinar on the analysis of X-ray images obtained using cargo scanning systems (NUCTECH/RAPISCAN).

The purpose of these online events is to exchange experience and best practices in the use of non-intrusive technologies during customs control of goods and vehicles.

Representatives from the participating countries in the webinar demonstrated the developments and achievements of their customs administrations in the field of using cargo scanning systems, and shared the specifics of the work of operators of various systems for inspecting vehicles, containers, and railway cars.

This event was made possible through the facilitation and support provided by the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM), which underscores the importance of international cooperation in strengthening border security and combating customs offenses.
