The annual online meeting of national coordinators for CLiKC, the WCO’s e-learning platform (WCO Platform) took place on September 5, 2024. The event brought together over 100 delegates from customs administrations and law enforcement agencies of WCO member countries.

The Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service of Ukraine participated in the event as the national coordinator of the WCO Platform in Ukraine.

Participants discussed technical updates to the WCO Platform and the integration of new learning tools. They learned about the topics of newly developed courses, the expansion of multilingual accessibility of existing courses, and progress in implementing the WCO Distance Learning Strategy. Participants shared their experiences using CLiKC, the WCO’s e-learning platform, and had the opportunity to suggest ideas for its further improvement.

The WCO Platform offers over 200 interactive customs-related courses that allow for professional development without leaving the workplace or traveling abroad.
