The State Customs Service of Ukraine continues its systematic work on developing the professional competence of its management staff.

This week, at the Department of Specialized Training and Canine Support of the State Customs Service, a professional development course was held for the heads and deputy heads of customs offices. The theme was “Peculiarities of Managing Customs Subdivisions,” aimed at improving managerial skills, exchanging experience, and implementing modern approaches in customs affairs.

Continuous professional development is a guarantee of quality changes in the public administration system and increased efficiency of the customs service.
