On August 19, 2022, the full-time stage of the special training course has been completed at the premises of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service (hereinafter − the Department).

This time from 8 to 19August, 2022 six canine teams from Zakarpattia, Kyiv Customs and the Department.who underwent the face-to-face stage of special training course on search for narcotics, psychotropic substances, amber, tobacco products, weapons parts and ammunition have been graduated.

This course made it possible to increase the level of theoretical training of dog handlers, as well as practical skills and abilities of sniffer dogs to search for objects and substances hidden from customs control.

According to the results of passing the practical and theoretical parts of the exam, all canine teams received an assessment of “good” and the appropriate certificates.
