Ihor Chernyavskyi (Chernihiv Customs) with a sniffer dog Simona (Fox Terrier);

Leonid Deniskin (Vinnytsia Customs) with a sniffer dog Laki (Labrador).

The specialists of the Department during the preparation made their best efforts so that during this period the each canine inspector was not only able to establish a relationship with his four-legged friend, but also taught him/her to accurately determine hiding places at various search objects.

According to the results of passing the practical and theoretical parts of the exam, all canine teams had the mark “good” and the corresponding certificates. Therefore, in a few days, the canine teams will return to the locations of the units and begin their direct work on protecting the country’s borders from the movement of prohibited objects and substances, using the acquired knowledge.
