The State Customs Service of Ukraine, specifically the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Service of the State Customs Service (Department), which holds the status of the WCO Regional Training Centre and the WCO Regional Dog Training Centre (Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine), continues to actively engage with the international customs community.

During an online meeting of Customs Attachés, National Coordinators, and all those interested in improving their professional skills in customs matters, the Department presented an intervention within its competence regarding its developments in organizing and conducting training for officials of the State Customs Service and its territorial bodies, applying a competence-based approach.

In line with the Strategic Plan of the WCO RTC, WCO RDTC for 2022-2025, the Department, as the National Coordinator of the CLiKC! E-learning Platform in Ukraine, promotes its widespread use at the regional level.

Officials wishing to study on the WCO CLiKC! E-learning Platform for the first time and obtain a WCO certificate upon successful completion of WCO courses must follow two steps: register independently on the website: http://clikc.wcoomd.org, and then send a notification of completed registration to the DSTCS email address: dspkz.wco@customs.gov.ua to receive a password.
