Students of 10-11 grades paid an introductory visit to the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service

The Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service (Department) was visited by 10-11th grade students of the municipal institution “Solobkivtsi Lyceum of Solobkivtsi Village Council of Khmelnytskyi District of Khmelnytskyi Region”.

During their stay, the children learned about the tasks and functions of the customs service, such as preserving cultural heritage and preventing the illegal transportation of cultural property across the customs border of Ukraine. The Department officials also explained the procedure for organizing and using canine teams at the State Customs Service of Ukraine and demonstrated the work of service dogs in searching for items prohibited for transportation across the customs border at the training ground.
