On November 9, 2023, a practical session “The procedure for carrying out border and customs control during the movement of passengers and vehicles across the state border” for newly employed officials of territorial bodies of the State Customs Service was held at the training site of Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service (Department), together with specialists of the National Academy of the State Border Service of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.

The participants got acquainted with the practice of controlling the movement of passengers, goods and vehicles across the state border, in particular with regard to the use of technical means to detect the concealment of goods in vehicles and forgeries in passports and other documents, applying best experience and world practice.
