Today, 11 canine teams of Chernihiv, Vinnytsia,  Chernivtsi,  Zakarpattia, Volyn, Sumy ta Kyiv Customs have completed the full-time stage of the special training course in searching for drugs, psychotropic substances, tobacco and amber. Besides, three canine teams of  Kyiv, Donetsk and Volyn Customs were trained in additional (double) specialization.

During the training, the specialists of the Department provided support and detailed analysis of practical skills in searching, worked out practical situations close to the real ones.

According to the results of the final control the canine teams of Zakarpattia Customs (Yevhenii Babych with a sniffer dog Ramsi, Rostyslav Pryhara with a sniffer dog Denni and Vladyslav Trompak with a sniffer dog Nord) have the mark “exelent”.

The rest of the canine teams demonstrated practical and theoretical skills with general assessment of “good”. The Director of the Department. Halyna Potashnikova congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the training and wished the dog handlers to stay strong in the pursuit of their goals and increase their professional knowledge daily
