On July 28, 2022, an online meeting of the Working Group of the State Customs Service on Gender Policy Implementation (hereinafter − WG) was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Head of the State Customs Service Vladyslav Suvorov, with the participation of a representative of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service.

Traditionally, this event gathered members of the WG to review the latest events and developments on gender issues for May-July this year.

In particular, manager Viktoriia Zinchenko and expert Maksym Zhabotin from the Reform Support Team presented the analysis of the survey results using the infographics on determining the level of satisfaction with the conditions of the civil service in terms of taking into account the principle of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the personnel policy, which was conducted from June 10 to 17, 2022.

In addition, during the meeting, the procedure, deadlines and responsible structural units of the State Customs Service for conducting a gender audit were discussed.
