On September 28, 2022 the representative of the Department of Specialized Training and Canine Support of the State Customs Service participates in the meeting with the experts on gender initiatives in the field of public administration of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine (EAUM), the manager of the Reform Support Team, which accompanies the implementation of gender policy in the State Customs Service, and representatives of the Central Office of the State Customs Service. The event was held in online conference mode.

In the course of the meeting, the experts of the EAUM were introduced to the work of the Working Group of the State Customs Service on the implementation of gender policy for 2021-2022.

In addition, a number of issues were discussed, in particular, related to the gender analysis of the strategies and policies of the European Union (EU), the possibility of their adaptation to the Ukrainian context, the best practices of the EU on organizational culture and communication support in the framework of the implementation of gender initiatives, which implemented by customs administrations of EU countries.
