Nowadays, Ukraine is going through difficult times, so it is vitally important to stay united in creating new values, national consciousness and patriotism together.
Obviously institutions have to adapt to new conditions and re-enter the workforce to preserve and support the economy of the country. And customs did not stand aside either.
Online course “TEAM MANAGEMENT IN TIMES OF WAR. PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE” was created by the employees of the Department for Specialized Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service (Department) for managers to develop knowledge and skills without ever leaving work.
The course is available in the departmental network on the site of the Department in the section “E-learning” (at: http://172.21.160.11/study/e-learning/newcase/).
However, the decisive role is now played by leaders who support our country and work despite russian aggression.
A series of interviews “Leaders of the New Age. Fighting on all fronts” were conducted in the framework of the course. The full version of the interview can be viewed in the departmental network at: http://172.21.160.11/videolecture/.
